Death belongs to us and its idea must return to the heart of life.
The film is divided into three episodes in which, in different ways, people fight against death. In the first episode, entitled Wells of Love, the protagonist Enzo Moscato recites a kind of theatrical monologue. A long story where he speaks of the fear of the imminent end and the anguish of separation from those one loves.
In the second, In the top left, a young man thinks back to his deceased father. He remembers the suffering of his illness and in the name of that memory, overcomes the lacerating pain that accompanies his loneliness.
In the last episode, Tales of Victory, it is a woman doctor, an oncologist, who falls ill with cancer. And, for once from inside the disease, with courage and dignity, she pushes her patients to fight to live.
The film has as its common thread, grief and death, seen from three different perspectives: the theatrical, the literary and the televisual. The film aims to exorcise death in myth, in the first episode, to ritualise it in the second and finally to fight it, confronting it head-on, in the last.
